Quiz

Diss Rotary Club held their annual quiz competition at Roydon today.

Four schools took part - Roydon, Diss Junior, Winfarthing All Saints and Lopham St. Andrew's.

There were 8 rounds in the quiz which included questions about Children's Literature, Maths, Science, History, Geography, The Arts and General Knowledge.

At the half way stage it was very close; 3 schools were on equal points but Diss were in the lead by one.

At the end when all the points were added up the winners were...

Lopham St. Andrews - by 1 point!  Well done.

Roydon and Diss were joint second so had to go to a tie-break.  Diss were the eventual winners and will go to the final in Harleston.

It was an interesting and fun afternoon.
